Hot Tub Delivery
We provide a standard delivery service at no additional cost for all hot tubs and swim spas. Our two-person delivery team will unload the hot tub or swim spa from our vehicle and place it in your garden. It is important to ensure a minimum width of 1.2 metres to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery. We recommend checking for any obstacles such as steps, drain pipes, gates, or corners that could affect the delivery process. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further advice on this.
Once the hot tub is in its designated location, our team will lower it and move it into its final position. We will then dispose of all packaging material and ensure that your property is left clean and tidy before we depart.
*Please be aware that crane services are not included in any of our delivery packages. If you anticipate that a crane assisted delivery may be necessary, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information and pricing details. You can also send us a photograph of the access point and speak with our Logistics team for further guidance via email.
Delivery Cost to UK mainland
All Hot Tubs Direct Hot Tubs and Swim Spas include our standard free delivery and installation to the UK Mainland.
Delivery is included within 200 miles of BL9 6AS.
Anything over 200 miles from will be charged at £2.63 per additional mile.
On all orders to Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands and/ or overseas orders please contact us for delivery charges.
Delivery Cancellation
If you need to cancel your delivery, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice to avoid any additional charges. If we are notified later than this point, a cancellation fee of £150 will apply, and an additional re-delivery scheduling fee of £400 will be charged.
If your product is in stock
If the product you’ve chosen is in stock, we aim to deliver it within 5-28 working days for Hot Tubs and Swim Spas (though sometimes it may take longer due to high demand or stock levels). Accessories and parts can be expected within 1-3 working days. Your product will be dispatched directly from our warehouse. We’ll keep you informed if there are any weather-related or unforeseen issues that may affect your delivery date, and we’ll provide a new estimated delivery date if necessary. Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery delays after your product has left our warehouse, but we’ll investigate the reason for the delay.

We want your hot tub to be a source of relaxation, which is why delivery is automatically arranged for you. Setting up transportation yourself can be complicated and expensive, so make sure to order through us and avoid having to tackle a costly burden by yourself.
We’ve faced challenging deliveries before, and we’ve successfully completed all of them. Even if you’re based in an apartment building and want to install a hot tub on the balcony, we find a way to accommodate. However, please note that specialist equipment required to complete a delivery may incur extra costs.
